RETURNS POLICY

Non-tobacco returns and exchanges

Eligible non-tobacco products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, or purchase for in-store purchases. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

Return methods and costs

Eligible items may be returned in store at no charge or by mail. For non-defective returns, including change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage and arranging the return label. Please contact us before mailing your return. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Tobacco products

Tobacco products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can assess and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging where applicable. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. For damaged or non-working products and our fulfillment errors, Revolucion covers necessary return shipping and emails a prepaid label to download and print.
